Tim Klein
Tim Klein, MAI joined the firm as a Senior Analyst in 2024. Tim graduated from St. Cloud State University's Real Estate program in 2006, and immediately began his career as a commercial real estate appraiser for Diversified Real Estate Services in Minneapolis. For the next 17 years (with the last four as partner), Tim worked on the most sophisticated and complex properties in Minnesota. He has written reports and provided consulting services on all property types and is well respected throughout the state as one its preeminent multi-family appraisers. His work has developed strong relationships with lenders, brokers, commercial real estate investors, appraisers, and assessors.
Tim is involved in many organizations, including the Appraisal Institute. He’s lent his knowledge speaking at many seminars and numerous appraisal seminars at MAAO, and as a panelist at the Minnesota Real Estate Journal. Tim resides in Minneapolis.
